Welcome to the 'Not in a Rut' blog! If you have found your way here then you likely feel that something isn't quite right with your life. Just like a car stuck in the mud; you are in gear and you have your foot down on the accelerator but you just aren't going anywhere. The good news is that you are not alone. By no fault of our own we can find ourselves locked in a pattern of circumstances that we can't seem to get out of. No matter how motivated we are, all of us go through a period in our lives where we feel like we are stuck in a rut.
